Important Information About International Orders
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the buyer and not included in the purchase price of your order. They are not refundable by Sulphur Grove Tool. They vary from country to country. When choosing USPS as your shipping option, the parcel will be handed off to your countries parcel service. Sulphur Grove Tool is not responsible for non delivery of USPS International deliveries. Insurance is optional by calling +1-(904)-619-7935.
Sales Tax
Sulphur Grove Tool charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
Return Policy
You may return merchandise for any reason for 30 days after receipt. Some brands may have a specific policy for their products. Click for more details. Refunds will be given in the method used for payment. There may be a charge for the initial delivery cost if no shipping was charged. Shipping charged on order is not refundable. Customers must get an RMA and return instructions from a Sulphur Grove Tool representative prior to returning merchandise. Returns must be returned in new and unopened condition. Returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee for used or damaged returns. Any machinery or items that are powered will have a 25% restocking fee. Sulphur Grove Tool reserves the right to change its refund procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
Return Shipping Cost
Sulphur Grove Tool will only cover the cost of return shipping if Sulphur Grove Tool failed to deliver the correct order item(s) as it was placed. If it was received damaged, Sulphur Grove Tool will decide the process of replacement or refund and the method of return. Some Brands may have a separate brand return policy. Items drop shipped LTL from the manufacturer may have an additional return shipping fee based on the reason for return and brand manufacturer’s policy.
