Service All-Inclusive Warranty
Conditions of the SERVICE ALL INCLUSIVE® Limited Warranty are as follows:
This warranty applies for 3 years from the date of original retail purchase. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty is void if the tool is not used, operated, repaired and maintained in accordance with the tool’s instruction manual.
Excluded from this warranty’s coverage are:
Accessories and/or attachments, including, but not limited to, saw blades, drill bits, router bits, sanding discs and apparel
Tools purchased from outside of the U.S. or Canada
Repairs or replacements not performed by an authorized Festool Service Center, outside of routine maintenance as set forth in the instruction manual
Parts or components not supplied by Festool or that have been modified
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, impact, abnormal wear and tear, improper storage and/or exposure to the elements, or neglect
Damage caused by anything other than defects in materials and workmanship
Normal adjustments and recommended maintenance as set forth in the tool’s instruction manual
Damage from the operation of the tool at a voltage or frequency different from the tool’s rating, including the use of transformers
Damage resulting from the use of any non-FESTOOL accessories or attachments
Tools used in high volume industrial applications
Should any failure covered by this Limited Warranty occur, the purchaser must contact Festool through our website, www.festoolusa.com/sai or call 888-337-8600 for authorization and shipping information. Festool, in its sole discretion, may elect to repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any tool covered by this Limited Warranty that is found to be defective, at no cost to the purchaser. Warranty returns will be processed by Festool according to normal work flow and availability of replacement parts and components. Festool will issue a prepaid shipping label for return of the tool to the Festool Service Center and will also return the repaired tool freight prepaid, if the repair or replacement is covered under this Limited Warranty.
FESTOOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LAW ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED. ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THREE YEARS.
SOME STATES IN THE U.S. AND SOME CANADIAN PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSIONS/LIMITATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND/OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE IN THE U.S. AND FROM PROVINCE TO PROVINCE IN CANADA.
With the exception of any warranties implied by state or province law as limited above, the foregoing limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, guarantees, agreements, and similar obligations of Festool. No agent, representative, distributor, dealer, or employee of Festool has the authority to increase or otherwise modify the obligations or limitations of this warranty.
ACCESSORIES AND ATTACHMENTS
Accessories and/or attachments, including, but not limited to, saw blades, drill bits, router bits, sanding discs and apparel may be returned at buyers expense within 30 days of delivery. All returns in new, unopened or unused condition will be refunded to the method of payment used to purchase less 25% restocking fee. If returned in materially different condition other than new, unopened or unused condition will be refunded to the method of payment used to purchase less up to 75% restocking fee at Sulphur Grove Tools discretion.
Warranty
RIKON Power Tools Inc. (“Seller”) warrants to only the original retail consumer/ purchaser of our products that each product be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified of either five (5) or two (2) years from the date the product was purchased at retail. Warranties may not be transferred.
This warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, repairs, alterations, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. Under no circumstances will Seller be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from defective products. All other warranties, expressed or implied, whether of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or otherwise are expressly disclaimed by Seller. RIKON’s Warranties do not cover products used for commercial, industrial or educational purposes. The warranty terms for these claims will be limited – A five-year warranty is valid to a two-year period ; a two-year warranty is valid to a one-year period.
This limited warranty does not apply to accessory items such as blades, drill bits, sanding discs, grinding wheels, guide bearings or belts and other related items.
Seller shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
To take advantage of this warranty proof of purchase documentation, which includes date of purchase and an explanation of the complaint, must be provided.
The Seller reserves the right to effect at any time, without prior notice, those alterations to parts, fittings, and accessory equipment which they may deem necessary for any reason whatsoever.

Limited Warranty
Our products are warranted to the original purchaser from the date of purchase/shipment. This warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, repairs, improper wiring, alterations, lack of maintenance, or consumable parts. These warranty timeframes apply:
“Grizzly” branded products and “Shop Fox” or “South Bend” branded accessories: One year
“Shop Fox” and “South Bend” branded machines: Two years
This warranty is the only written warranty provided, and any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this written warranty. We want to clarify that our merchandise may not comply with the provisions of all laws, acts, or electrical codes. Additionally, we do not reimburse for third-party repairs, services, or any expenses related to transporting machinery to and from carrier vehicles or residences. Our liability under this warranty is capped at the purchase price of the product. Any legal actions against Grizzly Industrial will be tried in the State of Washington, County of Whatcom. We are not liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or incidental, contingent, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
To make a warranty claim, simply contact the Grizzly Contact Center. Proof of purchase must accompany the merchandise. To expedite your claim, please also include the serial number and manufacture date of your item, if applicable. We value continuous improvements, and our manufacturers reserve the right to change machine specifications at any time in an effort to provide even better quality equipment.
Do I need to register my Product?
No, registration is not required. Depending on where the item was purchased, proof of purchase may be required to submit a warranty claim.
In addition to the statutory rights that can be exercised at no charge, STABILA offers a voluntary 10-year manufacturer’s warranty on aluminium profile spirit levels. For electronic measuring tools (TECH), lasers, receivers and laser distance measurers, the warranty period is two years.

No Warranty of Safety
It is important to understand that SawStop® saws do not prevent injuries. They work to minimize the severity of injuries. In fact, an injury must occur before the SawStop® safety system reacts. The severity of the injury will depend on the speed at which a person contacts the spinning blade. You may incur a serious injury on a SawStop® saw. If you decide to use the saw in Bypass Mode, the safety system will be disabled and it will not activate in the event you contact the spinning blade.
COMPACT TABLE SAW
SawStop warrants to the original retail purchaser of a new Compact Table Saw from an authorized SawStop distributor that the saw will be free from defects in material and workmanship for TWO YEARS from the date of purchase (with product registration).
SawStop warrants to the original retail purchaser of a refurbished Compact Table Saw from an authorized SawStop distributor that the Compact Table Saw will be free from defects in material and workmanship for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.
Jobsite Saws
SawStop warrants to the original retail purchaser of a new jobsite saw from an authorized SawStop distributor that the saw will be free from defects in material and workmanship for TWO YEARS from the date of purchase (with product registration).

Contractor Saw
SawStop warrants to the original retail purchaser of a new contractor saw from an authorized SawStop distributor that the saw will be free from defects in material and workmanship for TWO YEARS from the date of purchase (with product registration).
SawStop warrants to the original retail purchaser of a refurbished contractor saw from an authorized SawStop distributor that the saw will be free from defects in material and workmanship for SIX MONTHS from the date of purchase.
Professional Cabinet Saw
SawStop warrants to the original retail purchaser of a new Professional Cabinet Saw accompanying this manual and purchased from an authorized SawStop distributor that the saw and any accessories purchased with the saw will be free from defects in material and workmanship for TWO YEARS from the date of purchase.
SawStop warrants to the original retail purchaser of a refurbished Professional Cabinet Saw from an authorized SawStop distributor that the saw will be free from defects in material and workmanship for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.
Industrial Cabinet Saw
SawStop warrants to the original retail purchaser of a new industrial cabinet saw from an authorized SawStop distributor that the saw will be free from defects in material and workmanship for TWO YEARS from the date of purchase, and that the electric motor supplied with the saw will be free from defects in material and workmanship for FIVE YEARS from the date of purchase.
SawStop warrants to the original retail purchaser of a refurbished industrial cabinet saw from an authorized SawStop distributor that the saw will be free from defects in material and workmanship for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase, and that the electric motor supplied with the saw will be free from defects in material and workmanship for THREE YEARS from the date of purchase.
These warranties do not apply to defects arising from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, normal wear-and-tear, unauthorized repair or alteration, or lack of maintenance. This warranty is void if the saw or any portion of the saw is modified without the prior written permission of SawStop, LLC, or if the saw is located or has been operated outside of the country where the authorized SawStop distributor from whom the saw was purchased resides.
Please contact SawStop to take advantage of this warranty. If SawStop determines the saw is defective in material or workmanship, and not due to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, normal wear-and-tear, unauthorized repair or alteration, or lack of maintenance, then SawStop will, at its expense, and upon proof of purchase, send replacement parts to the original retail purchaser necessary to cure the defect.
SawStop disclaims any and all other express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. SawStop shall not be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or incidental, consequential, contingent or special damages arising from the use of the saw.

This warranty is for purchases from authorized sellers of Kreg products and extends only to the original purchaser; this warranty does not extend to authorized dealers or sellers performing warranty services on Kreg products. This warranty is not transferable except where prohibited by applicable law (which may include the Providence of Quebec in Canada).
Because Kreg Tool Company cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only if the product was purchased from Kreg Tool Company, or a Kreg Tool Company authorized seller in the United States, Canada or Mexico. Kreg Tool Company reserves the right to deny warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from repairs have been made or attempted by others who are not authorized by Kreg to perform repairs. Proof of purchase (including where and when it was purchased) will be required.
During the warranty period, Kreg Tool Company, at its option, will repair or replace the item or any component part thereof found to be defective. Kreg Tool Company may require that items be provided for inspection to confirm the existence of a defect in material or workmanship.
This warranty does not apply to:
(1) Normal wear and tear, corrosion, abrasion, or damages due to natural causes or acts of God.
(2) Items that would be consumed or require replacement due to normal wear.
(3) Costs incurred by the purchaser for the shipment of the product to the Kreg Tool Company repair facility.
(4) Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper service, or improper storage.
(5) Damage resulting from accident, neglect, or other circumstances beyond Kreg Tool Company’s control.
(6) Damage resulting from use not in accordance with all instructions pertaining to operation, maintenance, and safety set forth in catalogs, manuals, and instructions furnished by Kreg Tool Company.
(7) Damage resulting from modifications, disassembly, tampering, alterations, or repairs made without Kreg Tool Company’s authorization.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE:

Furnishing of proof of purchase is required before remedy will be provided under the terms of this warranty. You must receive prior authorization to send your product to the Warranty Service Department in Ankeny, Iowa. You are responsible for costs incurred in mailing the product. Kreg Tool Company assumes no responsibility for products returned without our prior authorization. Kreg Tool Company obligations under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at Kreg Tool Company’s option, products which are determined, upon delivery to and inspection by Kreg Tool Company, to be defective. Under no circumstance shall Kreg Tool Company be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from defective products, nor shall Kreg Tool Company liability exceed the price paid for the product by the original purchaser.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES:
